The D-cel protects the user in frontal impacts and aids in side impacts. The D-cel does not require hook-up to the seat belts. D-cel users will benefit from the easy to adjust design and the ability to set up the harness outside the car, boat or kart. In addition, this device does not require modifications to the seat or head rest. Made of Polyester webbing for less elongation.
